Yes. Orders are dispatched with logistics partners and it can be tracked

8. How can ensure product authenticity?

All products are 100% original and sourced from leading European Wholesalers and Distributors. Any customers that claim against this can return the items in their full original packaging, via the Client, for investigation. Should the item be unsatisfactory we will refund the Client all monies including return costs up to a maximum of £4.95. If the item which has been returned is fine and as it should be, the product will be returned to the Client and a charge of £4.95 will be applied to the account for postage and repackaging.
